Description:
Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) which is tied up along a shoreline. The nose of the aircraft is toward the land and the photographer. Text on the side of the aircraft identifies it as part of the Alaska—Washington Airways fleet. The shoreline is covered in vegetation. Tree covered mountains and water in background.
Verso has a stamped number "17" in the lower proper right corner in blue ink.
The photograph is at Lake Hasselberge in 1931. Photograph was taken from the cabin.

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
