    Description:
A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "July 4th 1950" in handwriting. The image shows a parade float representing the Teen Age Club in Juneau. The float seems to be made from a flat bed truck, and holds a large replica bell, in front of which a sign reads "The Liberty Bell Symbol of Democracy, Youth of America Hope of Democracy". Four young people sit at each corner of the float, dressed respectively in a tank top, graduation robes, a blue dress, and a red sweater. Behind the float a group of young men in military dress are marching. The crowd lines the sidewalk on the far side of the street.. The number "21" is imprinted on the frame at the upper left.
