Photograph found in the Baranoff Hotel Album (2013.14.001)

Black and white photograph of two raised flags, American flag and Alaska state flag, outside of the Baranof Hotel. Seen on the ledge, exiting, are a group of girl scouts and naval cadets. One man is seen carrying a trumpet. Below the ledge of the hotel is a street parked on the side of the street. Five floors are seen above the ledge, with the ground floor found below the ledge. There is a sign reading "The Baranof" above the front entrance to the hotel. A building is seen, on the proper left, next to the hotel. A white border surrounds the photograph. Printed in the bottom right corner of the border is the text "Roger Dudley \ SEATTLE"

Handwritten in pencil on the reverse is the number "44"
