Below is a man standing on the street. Across the street, the Juneau Electric Light and Power Building can be seen. There are many people gathered on that side of the street spectating the man securing the flag. A white border surrounds the photograph. Printed on the bottom right corner of the border is "Roger Dudley \ SEATTLE"
On the reverse, handwritten in pencil is the number "45"
