Color photograph of the S.S. Princess Louise.
Princess Louise ship is in center of photograph floating in the chanel with mountains visible in the back ground. The ship is navy blue on the bottom with white on the top. There are five life boats visible and one smoke stack that has black smoke coming out of it. On the proper right of the photo is white smoke coming from trash burning at the dump.
Text below photograph's lower proper right corner reads: "Arrival—Old Princess Louisa (sic) —1964" and text below the lower proper left corner reads "J F Hermle"

Notice the car on the fore deck
Princess Louisa is blowing her boiler tubes to clear soot out of the stacks before going into port.
After she quit the Inside Passage Run, she was a waterfront restaurant in San Francisco for years. Was going to be used as reef habitat on CA Coast, but sunk in deep water after leaving San Francisco Bay.
