At the center of the image are the dark sillouettes of two men on the front deck of the ship. In the foreground is a pier, and two tie—down lines lead from the bow of the ship to the pier. In the background are mountains and a cloud filled sky of blue and orange. At top, justified proper left is printed in red ink: "Steamer "Farallon" from the Westware, Juneau, Alaska." Bottom corner proper right is printed: "357 C W.H. Case"

The reverse is a split field Post Card.
