Description:
Black and white photo of Sons of Norway of Douglas. Photo is group of thirty—one men in suits, situated in four rows, with ribbons on their lapels. Two Corinthian columns with globes on the top and tasseled curtain with letter "G" behind them. Photo mounted on gray matboard and bordered by dark gray and black band.
Inscription: "Nordlyset Lodge No 29 Sonner of Norge; Douglas Alaska, Okt 3 1913".
"E. Andrews; Douglas, Alaska".
Notes:
Gift to donor from Sons of Norway Fedrelanded #23 in Petersburg. Found there summer of 1989 & desired that it be placed appropriately. Columns in the background seen at the Masons Temple in Summer of 2003, upstairs in official meeting room.
