    A photographic slide in a small cardboard Kodachrome frame (brown with red trim). The frame is labeled "Elks Picnic Aug—6—1950 Bathing Beach" in handwriting. The image shows a wide rocky beach leading to a grassy area with desiduous trees beyond. The beach and grass areas are populated by a number of people enjoying a picnic. Some are sitting, and others are standing. In the background toward the left is a small building with a flagpole, possibly a parks department structure. The number "2" is imprinted on the frame at the upper left.
