Description:
Black and white photograph of a man standing on the pontoon of a float plane (sea plane). The propeller is located on aircraft's nose. Pontoons, and wings are visible. The tail is out of the photograph's frame. Four windows are on the side of the plane's cabin. Text on the side of the plane reads: "LOCKHEED". Water, docks and a building's roof in background. Man is standing with his hands in his pants pockets looking at the camera.

Verso has a stamped "83" in the lower proper right corner in blue ink.
Photograph is of the float plane "Taku" docked at the Alaska Washington Airways hanger in Juneau, Alaska.
