Black and white photograph of an man standing on the end of a float plane's wing (sea plane). The plane is tied up to a shoreline or dock. There is a jacket hanging below the aircraft's wing. Text on the side of the plane identifies it as a part of the Alaska—Washington Airways fleet. The man is standing with his feet apart and his hands in his pants pockets. He is wearing a neck tie and argyle socks. In the background is a Mount Roberts, the AJ mine and a cruise ship docked in the harbor.
Verso has a stamped number "22" in the lower proper right corner in blue ink.
The photograph is of a man named Bob wing—walking in Juneau, Alaska in 1931.
