Description:
Color photograph of construction site with large pile of metal wiring.
A large pile of metal wiring sits on the ground in the foreground of the photograph. The metal wiring appears to be grouped into bundles and sorted by type. The ground has several tire tracks and is covered in construction equipment. Three men in white hard hats appear to be laying the cinder—blocks for one of the side walls of the building. A blue trailer from a truck can be seen to the proper left of the photograph with the rear doors open. To the proper right of the photo, the number "76" is written on an orange and blue sphere shaped sign. Additionally, a red and white striped tent can also be seen to the proper right of the photograph. Downtown Juneau and a mountain dusted with snow can be seen in the background.

Reverse is labeled in black ink: "4—7—78".

Labeled "New Hall / 4—7—78" on original plastic protector envelope.
