Color photograph of construction site with large pile of construction materials.
A large pile of construction material wrapped in clear plastic can be seen extending diagonally across the bottom of the photograph. A street on which six cars are parked is located in front of the pile of construction materials. The foundation for the building appears to have been started. The ground has several tire tracks and is covered in construction equipment. Two yellow construction vehicles can be seen to the proper left of the photograph. Additional construction material including long, flat, white pieces of material can be seen at the top of the photograph.

Reverse is labeled in black ink: "3—24—78".
