Description:
Color photograph of construction site with the federal building in the background. A large pile of construction material wrapped in clear plastic can be seen extending out from the proper right of the photograph. In front of the pile of construction materials, a yellow construction vehicle can also be seen to the proper right of the photograph. A white truck with the passenger side door open is parked in the center of the photograph. A man in dark pants, sweatshirt, and hat can be seen on the proper left of the photograph standing near a construction vehicle and a lamp post. Glacier Avenue can be seen behind the construction site. Two cars are parked on the street in front of the Federal building.

Reverse is labeled in black ink: "3—24—1978".
