A single tree can be seen to the proper right of the photograph. A large pile of materials as well as a portion of two vehicles can also be seen to the proper right. The ground of the construction site has several sets of tire tracks. Rocks also litter the ground of the construction site. Construction equipment and a blue trailer can be seen to the proper left of the photograph. A snow topped mountain can be seen through fog in the background. A gas station with the numbers "76" written across a sphere shaped orange and blue sign can be seen behind the construction site.

Reverse is labeled in black ink: "3—24—78".
