Description:
Black and white photograph of a street and construction site littered with a pile of materials.
The ground/dirt on the construction has been freshly dug in a somewhat circular shape. A mound of dirt is located in the center of the circular shape. The majority of material is piled around the freshly dug ground in a semi—circular fashion. A trailer can been seen on the proper left of the photograph along the edge of the construction site. A single tree to the proper left of the photo can be seen. A street with cars lines the perimeter of the construction site. An expanse of land (a median) with a few small trees can be seen between the street lining the construction side and another street lined with two buildings. The ink from the stamp on the back of the photograph has bleed through and can be seen along the top front of the photograph.

Reverse is stamped in black ink: "OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPH / JUNEAU FIRE DEPARTMENT / JUNEAU, ALASKA / DATE TAKEN: 3—3—78 / LOCATION / REMARKS / PHOTOGRAPHER"

Labeled "New Hall / 3—3—78" on original plastic protector envelope.
