Photograph of Superintendents Residence or House at Treadwell.
Black and White Photograph in horizontal view of a waterfront with a building with a cupola on top and a picket fence around a yard in mid photo. The wharf in mid photo behind the building has an access proper right of building. A wooden railing runs across the photo in the foreground. A rail way track is below the wooden rail. Other buildings are visible on both sides of the larger building. A waterfront and steep mountain side fill the background.
In lower proper right in white ink (on the wooden rail): "#2—3. One man each window, curtains fully drawn." and on proper left: "L.V.W. 7—27—13."

On reverse side handwritten in black ink: "Defts Ex 22 for Iden E W P" and a stamp: "Defts Exhibit No. 22 Received in evidence JUL 28 1913 In Cause no 865 B E W. Pettit Clerk".
