White page folded in half to create booklet. Front cover has a decorative dark blue line boarder surrounding dark blue text. Between the line "Installation" and "MT. JUNEAU LODGE NO. 147" is the masonic symbol of a ruler and compass surrounding a "G". Between the lines "F. and A. M." and "JUNEAU CHAPTER NO. 7" is a five pointed star which has symbols with in the space of its five points and at its center.
