A — 2.375 inches x 4.0 inches card printed in blue for 1940. Identification card for Baranof Hotel. Name "Mr. Ray Hurley". Street address blank. Gives full name of "Juneau—Douglas Telephone Co."
B — 2.375 inches x 3.875 inches card printed in red for 1939. Identification card for Baranof Hotel. Name "Mr. Ray Hurley". Gives street address and lists only "Telephone Company".
Both cards have rounded corners and similar designs: Totems at left and right edges. Printing at upper and lower edges and crowned double—headed eagle (Baranof Hotel's logo) at center. Both are Number 373, The Baranof Hotel and have name, street, city and business blanks. Neither are signed on back where indicated. Both have Mr. Ray Hurley, Telephone Co. typed in. Both have signature of Manager, Robert J Schoutter on front.
Inscription: "INDENTIFICATION CARD".
