Scope & Content:
Black hardbound scrapbook with "The Ideal Scrapbook" printed in gold in upper left and initials "HJW" printed in center. Two separate covers with manilla pages in between, bound together by black shoelace strung through two holes with metal eyelets. On inside front cover are directions for use. Front page illustrates how each page might be used. There are four lined index pages with letters "A" to "Z" for use. Manila pages have nine columns of gummed dots. Scrapbook is entirely made up of magazine clippings of "how to" articles.
Inscriptions: "H. J. Wood; Treadwell, Alaska; from Nov 16 1912....".
