A—B — Two sets of 11.5625 inches by 8.5 inches white letter set stationery with carbon and yellow second page. Printing in blue with logo superimposed in light blue with star and Latin phrase in middle top. Laurel leaf crown with "Police" and sign at right. Tear stripe at bottom with company name and identification number.
C — 4.125 inch by 9.5 inch envelope with police badge and address.
