"The Alaska Juneau Gold Mining Company hereby makes applicaiton to have placed upon the Regular List of the New York Stock Exchange $13,967,330 par value..." and information that the AJ was organized under the laws of the State of West Virginia on February 17, 1897 lists patented lode mining claims, assets, liabilities, also states that "In the year 1897 a dividend of $55,000 was paid and no other dividends have at any time been declared or paid"
