Folded card with slightly smaller folded paper inside held in place by white cord which circles folded edge and ties in knot at bottom. Cover shows gold horseshoe hanging with sprig of small blue flowers (forget—me—nots). Above is scalloped edge at top of moiré surface. Below is border of gold dots. Back cover has company's name and trademark in gold print. Paper inside reads "From Ella Rowe". Poem in center of paper and handwritten message on back addressed to Mrs. W.
