Scope & Content:
Elaborate document commemorating Chia—Yi City and Juneau being sister cities. Document has border of gold squares with filigree design flag. Proper right side has English describing sister status with four signatures below. Proper left half has same information and signatures in Chinese. Object is triple matted with black, red and gold on top. Framed in gold with red lines on top and sides in black.
Back: Two small metal eye hooks with framing wire. Lower proper left corner has 1.75 inch round gold sticker with "This item has been museum matted" and small 1.5 inch gold oval sticker with "Tripp Gallery of the North, 147 South Franklin Street, Juneau Alaska 99801, (907)586—1041.
