    A letter written to property owners with delinquent taxes from H. H. Folsom, Attorney for city of Douglas.  All six envelopes have a post office stamp in ink:  UNCLAIMED RETURN TO WRITER"  All are postmarked Feb 16 1917 7pm Juneau Alaska.  On the letters is hand written in ink an amount due in taxes.
