A.No 239, Dollars 1000, Mortgage bond sheet, detailing all the terms and conditions of the bond, signed by Wallis S, George, President in green pen and the secretary whos brown ink signature is illegable
the bond is on white paper, printed in mainly orange and black ink with some red marking the bond number (239)
the "back" of the bond shows how the sheet could have been folded into four making a pamphlet style document with the cover stating "Number 239, United States of America, Territory of Alaska, Juneau Cold Storage Company, Inc, $500, 5% First Mortgage Bond, Dated October 2, 1957, Due October 2, 1959 (subject to redemption), Interest payable April 2 and October 2 at the First National Bank of Juneau, Juneau Alaska"
"Trustee's Certificate, it is hereby certified that this bond is one of the issues of bonds of a series of 400 bonds amounting to $320,000.00, described in the within mentioned Mortgage" signed W.T.Kegley, trustee"
