White wallet sized card with black and white photo is plastic laminated. On front and enclosed in blue border strip is photo, port name, person's name and occupation and "Clerk of US Disttict Court." signature. On back are vital statistics, fingerprint, serial # and signature. Also on front in red is card number.

Notes:
Used & preserved by donor's father, Arthur H. Kassner. During WWII all men in Juneau were issued an identification card for security purposes by the USCG. Mr. Kassner was a mechanic for a Juneau cab company during the war.
