Tournament program booklet with orange cover and 40 white pages. Inside pages and cover are stapled at two locations in the center to bind them. Front cover reads "JUNEAU / LIONS" in the upper proper left corner. Lions International logo with an L in a circle flanked by lion faces in upper proper right corner of the front cover. Line drawing of Alaska with a basketball in the center of the state and the Alaskan flag next to it. There is an airplane between the basketball and Juneau, which is labeled with the name and a star. There is a floatplane underneath the airplane, a cruise ship above Juneau, and the upper half of a basketball player getting ready to shoot above the ship. The drawing is signed "R. Skan." Underneath the drawing is "35th / Annual / GOLD MEDAL / BASKETBALL / TOURNAMENT" and "$1.00" on the proper left edge. On the proper right bottom corner is the text "CLASS AA — A — B / New "C" Bracket / Dedicated to the Memory of / Dick Hotch" On the back cover is a full page advertisement for Taku—Glacier Taxi framed by a twisted border, underneath which is "PRINTED BY MINER PUBLISHING COMPANY OF JUNEAU, ALASKA 99801" All printing is in black ink.

Inside front cover is a full page advertisement for Midnight Sun Broadcasters, Inc. and the inside back cover has two advertisements, one for Miner Publishing Co. and one from the Lions.

Inside pages contain information about Gold Medal Hall of Famers and Records, rules, scholarships, awards, competing teams, and advertisements. A few photos. White pages with black ink.
