Rectangular paper divided into three segments left to right: inscription printed in black on yellow—orange background with blue border. Middle inscription in yellow—orange letters on blue background over cold storage address and logo of fish crossing banner of Juneau with mountains, water and fishing boat in background. Right inscription has vertical lettering surround center panel containing inscription with circular letter containing totem, Alaskan flag & snow—topped mountains. Label entirely white, black, yellow—orange and blue.
Inscription: Right part: "HAND PACKED / ALASKA SOCK—EYE SALMON" "SALT ADDED" "NET. WT. 7 3/4 OZ".
Middle part: "ALASKA SEA FOODS" "J"
Left part: "NORTH TO" & "THE FUTURE" "ALASKA PURCHASE CENTENNIAL 1867—1967" "49"
