Scope & Content:
Black plastic cassette (TDK) with clear plastic stripe through middle tape. There is a long skinny white paper label near top of tape on each side. Both labels have "MFS AFF Dub Tape III" written on them. There is a container of clear plastic that is hinged, containing paper label insert with "Tape III AFF" written on it.

The 1st festival began in 1974 w/ handful of musicians & volunteers, which has grown into the Alaska Folk Festival w/ hundreds of performers. First few festivals were given at the State Museum. See 1994 booklet in Documentation file. These history tapes were also transcribed onto paper.
