Invitation for tea from Todd Palin, then first gentleman, in honor of the former First Ladies of Alaska in celebration of Alaska's 50th Anniversary of Statehood.

On the cover of the invitation is blue, with a yellow border and all printing in yellow. At the top is an image of the big dipper and the north star. Beneath the graphic is the following: "CELEBRATING / STATEHOOD / 1959 — 2009 / ALASKA / 50 / Juneau".

The interior side of the front cover has seven handwritten signatures in black ink.

Interior has a folded semi—translucent piece of paper attached to the back cover with a blue ribbon. Black, typed text on the inside of semi—translucent paper reades: "First Genleman Todd Palin \ & the Capital City Celebrations Committee \ Invite you to celebrate \ Alaska's 50th Anniversary of Statehood \ at a tea in honor of the \ Former First Ladies of Alaska \ Saturday, August 2nd, 2008 \ 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. \ RSVP Governor's House \ 465—2599 \ Juneau, Alaska".

Back cover is blank. Blue ribbon that holds interior insert is visible along top edge.
