    Cream colored cardstock menu with brown and orange print.  Cut in shape of a fish.  Front proper right print in orange "9th Golden Salmon Derby / July 29 — 30 — 31 / over $10,000 in prizes including  Bill's and / E and E Meats" prize of a hindquarter of / choice steer beef."  Across center in brown "DINNER / BILL SHIELDS … FINE FOOD / JUNEAU / IN THE HEART OF ALASKA'S CAPITAL CITY / There are as many good fish in the sea as ever came out of it!"  Inside:  Menu in brown print.  Headlines of menu (under which are description and prices).  "Bill's Charcoal Broiled Steaks" from the Sea — of all God's Creatures, the salmon is the cleanest", "Good Beef", "Little Town", "Sandwiches to please", and "Bill's fishing breakfast".
