A: Receipt from Capitol Publishing Co., Inc. Commercial Printers Publishers of The Alaska Press Juneau, Alaska dated July 5, 1934 for the account of "Douglas Fourth Committee Douglas, Alaska," for the service of printing programs costing $8.50. In pencil, "Paid Alaska Press By J. R. L."

B: Receipt labled, "Report of Paymaster: July 4th Celebration. 1935. Itemized are: Cash from treasurer, prizes paid; hose race, baseball game, parade, sports, returned balls and gratuities, returned to treasurer, cash to balance $150. Signed in pencil, "Lokelseim (?)" Receipt is printed on the back of Pacific Coastwise Freight Tariff Bureau table/document dated May 3, 1935.

C: Receipt from Ludwig Nelson, Jeweler, Juneau, Alaska dated August. 7, 1934 for Felix Gray. The document says, "record________.75, this record was purchased by Mrs. Engestrom for the fourth of July program." The receipt is marked, "Paid 9/17/34 E. L."

D: Receipt from Hayes Shop Home of Dependable Curios Post Cards — Alaska Views dated July 4, 1936 for the Fourth of July [illegible word] Douglas, Alaska for a charge of .90 cents dated July 1. The receipt is marked, "paid 8/28/36 Mrs. Hayes," in pencil.

E: Receipt for John Feusi, Hardware, Furniture, Indian Curios dated 7/3/34 for the 4th of July Committee. The receipt is for "5# 16d oam____.25 cents and Black paint langseth for score board____.25 cents. The receipt is marked "Paid John Feusi P. A. S." The back of the receipt is printed with an advertisement for the store and provides the location and phone number. There is a large number 28 in red ink at the bottom.

F: Receipt for John Feusi, Hardware, Furniture, Indian Curios dated 7/4/34 for the 4th of July Committee. The receipt is for six (6) spoons at a cost of .30 cents. The receipt is marked with pencil, "Paid J. Feusi." There is a large number 31 in red ink at the bottom.

G: Receipt for Seattle Tent & Awning Co. Manufacturer of Canvas Goods Jobbers of Ducks, Drills, Awning Stripe and Camp Supplies dated August 2, 1936 to the City of Douglas 4th of July Fund % Geo. N. Peterson, Douglas, Alaska. Receipt is for 1 Only U. S. Flags, 5 X 8 Bull Dog for a total cost of $37.15. Written in pencil, "Charge to Savings Account as Per Instructions of Geo. N. Peterson."

H: 4th of July music program notes, undated. In pencil: "Star Spangled Banner 1st + last verses, Reading "The Liberty Bell," Solo "Song of the Stars" talk, Song, Rag Drill, Solo— "Oh Land of Hope and Freedom," "America the Beautiful," Audience, Bernice Edwards, Mrs. Cahill, Supr. I: Invoice from Empire Printing Company Publishers The Daily Alaska Empire Juneau, Alaska dated July 5 1932, Guy Smith, Juneau to the Fourth of July Committee for "July 2 18 inches display @ .35 $6.30," In pen, "R/M 7/22 hul N. P. Paid 7/30/32"

M: Receipt from The Hub Grocery, Market and Dry Goods M. Pusich Prop. for the 4th July Assoc. for "Lime Puck .60" and "Gr Juice .55" for a total of 1.15.

N: Bill of expense against the 4th of July Association my Mrs. E. E. Engstrom to be paid back $4.65 for her purchases of materials for costumes and a phonograph record at local businesses. Various portions of the receipt are marked, "paid" and dated.

O: Bill of expense paid against 4th July Association to Rudy Pusich for putting up and taking down street bunting, etc. $2.00 and Robert Feero for helping put up street decorations 1.00. Receipt is marked, "Paid 2.00 Rudy Pusich Paid 1.00 Robt. Feero."

P: Bill of expense against 4th July Association to Douglas City Dock for 1 6X6 Timber used, for Nail Driving Contest $1.5 marked "Paid Douglas City Dock F. Gray."

Q: Bill of Expense against 4th July Association to Mr. Phillips, for tuning piano, $10.00 (from Labor Union Hall) marked "Paid P. Phillips," in pencil.
