One (1) two—page record of various items purchased by the U.S. Jail at Sitka, Alaska for the prisoners during October 1905. First page is a receipt for clothing, the second is one for what appears to be various cleaning products. Pages are attached together with a metal brad in the upper left corner.
One (1) two—page document titled Support of Prisoners, stating numerous names of prisoners, terms of sentence, period charged for, and the total amount to be disbursed for imprisonment. Dated October 5, 1905. Stamped as having been paid on October 9, 1905. The pages are attached together with a metal brad in the upper left corner.
One (1) receipt for clothing for a prisoner in violation of section 157, committed to jail on August 12, 1905. Receipt totals three dollars and forty—five cents ($3.45)
One (1) receipt for clothing for a prisoner in violation of section 113, committed to jail on July 18, 1905. Receipt totals three dollars and thirty—five cents ($3.35)
One (1) document, Support of Prisoners, receipt for various items purchased for prisoners at Sitka, Alaska. Receipt billed by W.P. Mills Company, Inc totaling nineteen dollars ($19.00). Dated October 5, 1905. The reverse contains writing stating the purpose of the document.
One (1) bill for the medical visits and medicinal treatments administered by Julian J. Miner, M.D. made to the U.S. Prisoners at Sitka, Alaska from July 1, 1905 to September 1905. Included are the names of prisoners, their offense, disease, date of doctor's visit, and total amount for the visit.
