Scope & Content:
Calendar is photo on three layers of stiff paper which increase in size, with middle layer cut open to show monthly calendar. Handtinted photo shows elderly man and woman in center sitting by fireplace on right. Left background, young woman plays grand piano while young man stands behind her with left elbow on piano stand. Photo, 6.5 inches x 9"2, mounted on brown paper with shallow cut notches on edges and print in gold and mounted on rusty—mauve paper with widely cut notches on edges with letters in brown print on upper left corner. Below center are two doors cut out and open to show monthly calendar pages stitched at top and mounted on larger brown paper. Brown ribbon, top center, gathers into white plastic ring for hanging.
