Blue and white card with baby on front. On front upper left, black ink, inscribed "Birthday Greetings". Stylized baby in center of card extending from 0.25 inch below top edge to 0.5 inch above bottom edge outlined in black. Peach ink added to flesh areas. Baby's head down to nose is visible. Mouth hidden by cloth diaper which baby is holding. Baby's eyes blue. Rectangle of white cloth, folded to form triangle adhered to cloth. Two hands adhered to top edge of cloth with apex pointing toward bottom. Baby's legs visible under cloth. To right of baby, inscribed "Just For A Change".
Inside on left, peach and white baby outlined in black ink, shows right side and frontal of face. Baby's ;holding rattle. Right side inscribed "I Thought I'd Remember / Your / Birthday". Signature in black ink, "Patty". Lower right corner, inscribed "Buzza / Craftacres / Mpls / U.S.A. 15 B 335. Card is from one folded sheet.
