Blue and white ink drawing of waterfront scene. Artist's view point is from wharf looking toward town(?). Foreground, lower right corner, are three pilings with chains and rope around them. Lower left corner — pier with chains and rope piled on boards. Pier recedes to left center edge, off picture plane. Across water (background), center is a church. Lower right corner — inscription "EP". On back of backing (documentation files) is inscription, three lines using Cyrillic.
