Scope & Content:
One paper program. Paper is light yellow, rectangular and has silver typed text and a silver illustration on one side. The illustration shows a bear standing atop a shield shape. Inside the shield is a landscape featuring two mountains, a bridge and water. The bridge is the original bridge that connected the city of Juneau and Douglas Island built in 1935 and replace in the 1980s. On the proper right side of the shield is a carved totem pole. On the proper left side is a tree (Sitka Spruce?). Below the shield and with one end wrapping around either the totem or the tree are two banners. The banner on the proper right has text reading "JUNEAU" and the banner on the proper left has text reading "DOUGLAS".
