    Scope & Content:
    Envelope with diagonal red and blue stripes at edge.  Map of Seattle and Alaska in blue ink on left.  Center holds green circle holding airplane wing and background scene of clouds, mountains and water, text surrounding circle.  Addressed to M. C. Harry Tobey, 48 Grove Street, Somerville, Massachusetts.  Stamp is six cent Air Mail of red eagle, blue background with cancellation stamp.  Ernest Gruening's signature on far left.
