A — 11. 5 inch by 8. 75 inch . beige folded menu from Baranof Hotel. Colors on cover are red and blue. Hotel logo on top edge; drawing of hotel and other buildings, three flags including Alaska and United States flags. Printed beneath: "The Host of Alaska and Juneau Alaska"
On back is map of Alaska showing "air routes" with paragraph welcoming visitors to Juneau.
B — 3.125 inch by 4. 5 inch small gold colored card. Printed in red "The Chef Recommends" — next is red printing of chef holding ladle and typed below is reference to food conservation of meat, poultry and eggs for war effort.
