Lease agreements, dated 1902—1904

One (1) lease agreement dated 10/29/1903 for a one year rental (05/11/1903—05/11/1904) for four rooms on the 2nd floor of the Lewis Builiding located on Front Street for the offices of the U.S. Attorney. Lease is between R.F. Lewis (by his attorney C.M. Summers) and the United States represented by James M. Shoup, U.S. Marshal for Div. 1 of the District of Alaska. Lease consists of one large piece of paper and a smaller piece of tissue attached to paper.
