Lightning Dance Apron

Description:
Ravenstail weaving. The apron is a contemporary piece of regalia which uses a traditional design, the "lightning pattern." However, the pattern varies in an untraditional manner, where one side is a reflection of the other side.

A black background with a red lightning pattern woven into the apron. Abalone buttons surround the lightning decoration. Long back fringe comes down on the bottom edge, some with metal cones attached to the end and some with goat's toes.
