Description:
Athabascan beadwork coaster. Coaster is circular with a beaded pattern sewed onto two fabric layers. Beadwork depicts a blue flower with a yellow and white center and green leaves on a white background with a red and white border. Blue and green beads are translucent; yellow, white and red beads are opaque. Beads are stitched onto beige fabric with beige thread. Bottom layer is green felt—like material. An outer border of white beads and translucent amber—colored beads is stitched onto both layers of fabric, holding them together.
