Notes:
The cartoon is satarizing generalized differences between the Valley and Downtown. What the character is doing is saying is that "She" is from downtown, listens to public radio, spends time in the outdoors, and is effectually a yuppie liberal. While he is from the Valley, is more conservative, plays sports and listens to more conservative radio.
