Description:
Tall cylindrical bottle with white screw—on lid holds two approximately 9 inches by 1.75 inches fish skin lures. Metal swivel linked to staples(?) emerges from mouth. White sealed fish skin folded along back cut in shape of herring. Head and belly stapled together. Eyes of fish are yellow—orange disks with name of maker. Tails have four free appendages. Packed in water with some sediment. Bottom of jar imprinted.
Inscription: "ALLMAN'S SILVERSIDES / A/5536/12"
