Description:
Dinner plate has scalloped edge with parallel indented line .125 inches from edge. Flat plate rim is 1.625 inches wide, light blue gray, and bordered inside by medium blue—gray line .125 inches wide. Center of plate has medium blue—gray double—headed eagle with crown and initial overlaid in center; background is white. Maker's name on bottom.
Inscription: "B" in center
"4—GG SYRACUSE CHINA U.S.A." in green on bottom
Notes:
Donor purchased plate from taxi company across street from Baranof Hotel abut 1986. The Baranof Hotel, 105 Franklin St., has been in business since the 1930's.
