Tan T—shirt with dark brown printing. A modified U.S. Department of Agriculture logo for the Forest Service is on the front. The modification is that the tree is cut down. Verso is blank. Cloth tag located on the interior collar identifies the T—shirt as a Screen Starts Best product made of 50% combed cotton and 50% polyester, made in the U.S.A and size medium.
Notes:
The unmodified logo represents the Forest Service as stewards of our national forests. This t—shirt was produce by the Forest Service Employees for Environmental Ethics based in Oregon. It was formed in the 1990s as AFSEE and later renamed. Many Forest Service employees who joined the organization felt that the policy of the Forest Service should be revised to reflect modern uses of the forests and concerns for ecology and science in management decisions. www.fseee.org
