Description:
White cotton petticoat with five gores. 1.375—inch wide waist band with cotton ties (drawstring) attached inside band six inches from back opening. 14.5—inch deep, lined ruffle has upper plain band of same cotton fabric as main section of petticoat, 1.5—inch wide band of eyelet and lace, and gathered 7.5—inch deep, scalloped panel of eyelet lace. One—inch deep tuck above ruffle (incomplete — extends approximately. .75 inches of circumference) partially machine stitched and partially basted.
