Title:
Mouse—eared Electric Wire Insulator in Blue Glass from Jualin Mine
Description:
A large blue glass electric wire insulator. On the top are two thick, glass prongs, shaped like "mouse—ears". Presumably the wire would ride in—between these two prongs. The body then flares out into a circular ring below which the insulator has a cylindrical—shaped base with a ring of bumps under the base. Embossed on the side is, "Hemingway — 60" and "made in U.S.A." The interior of the insulator is hollow with a series of threads for "screwing —on" to something.
