Centennial Pancake & Waffle Flour Sack

Description:
White cotton flour sacks with 0.125 inch diameter blue drawstring stitched into fold at top of sack. Sack stitched along bottom 1 side and around top where drawstring encased. Stitch with white cotton chain stitch. Both sides of sack printed in red, blue and turquoise ink.
Inscription: Sack front: "CENTENNIAL / PANCAKE and WAFFLE / FLOUR / CENTENNIAL / FLOURING MILLS CO. / U.S.A. / 9 8/10 LBS. NET / PANCAKE & WAFFLE"
Sack back: at top of sack: "unravel from / this end" "CENTENNIAL / PANCAKE AND WAFFLE / FLOUR / APPROVED RECIPES / PANCAKES / (recipe) / WAFFLES (recipe) / MIXED FLOUR / made of wheat flour, corn flour, pow— / dered milk, sugar, soda, salt, and / pho(??) / (5 lines of faint text) / Centennial Flouring Mills Co. / Tacoma, Washington"
Notes:
From home of Thomas S. and Vera L. Parke. Sack likely dates to 1930s and was kept and used as cloth bag. Found in bag of old cloth sacks.
