Paint on outer rim has many small losses. Words are painted in blue on front crown. Three metal grommets on two sides of crown. Fiber has been molded at crown to create illusion of hat band and button at center top. Grommets secure inner adjustable fake leather brown hat band which can be expanded by loosening brown shoelace used to secure it.
